Men's Sleeveless Pullover and Vest Pattern

Knit a cardigan or pullover sleeveless vest using this vintage Mary Maxim pattern. Handsome and practical.. tailored to give extra comfort. Light enough to be worn under a suit coat. Instructions include both knitting worsted and sport weight yarns! Designed using Mary Maxim Knitting Worsted that provided 240 yds per 4 oz skein, and also Mary Maxim Twilight that offered 200 yds per 1 oz skein at the time. With today's brand selections in worsted and DK sport weight yarns, the color options are endless! We recommend Mary Maxim Starlette worsted yarn or Mary Maxim Mellowspun DK sportweight yarns; they've been customer favorites for decades! Requires knitting needles for sport yarn project, 4 (3.50 mm), 6 (4.25 mm), and double point needles size 4 (3.50 mm). For worsted projects, use needle sizes U.S. 5 (3.75 mm), 7 (4.50 mm), and double-point size 5 (3.75 mm). Fits sizes 38-40-42-44—Intermediate knit.
